FULL SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN
I specialize in full-service interior design for single room to whole house renovations, and can also work with your builder on new construction projects. A full-service design structure typically includes:​​

Consultation and proposal
Gain an understanding of your pain points, wish list, and develop a general design direction
Build a detailed proposal and scope of work, outlining my fee structure and expected project timeline

Design development and selections
Space planning and development of drawings/renderings/floor plans, including any needed detailed elevations to share with contractors and trade professionals
Design and selection for all plan elements, including things like hardware, wall treatments, fixtures, textiles, accessories, etc.

Trade referrals and project management​
Provide recommendations for trusted tradespeople
Manage scheduling and installation of all work needed to execute design plan elements (construction, painting, electrical, wallpapering, hanging window treatments/art, etc.)​​

Ordering and installation
Procurement of all selections, which includes ordering, managing deliveries, and inspecting products
Overseeing the final installation and bringing together all finishing touches to ensure your space looks fully designed and ready for living​
flat rate design plans
I offer flat-rate design plans for those that aren't looking for a full-service experience. This offering might be right for you if you are outside of my full-service travel area, already have a good idea of what you'd like to achieve, and want to manage all final selections and orders. Your final design plan will include a mood board, floor plan/elevations as needed, notes for installers, photo-realistic rendering, and an ordering guide with all selections + product links to purchase on retail sites.
